1) Agreement to terms

By accessing or using info@stripezebra.com (“Site”) and our services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) Purchases, shipping, and returns

  • Pricing & availability: We may change prices or discontinue items at any time.
  • Payments: Processed by third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing/shipping information.
  • Shipping: We’ll provide an estimated delivery window; delays may occur.
  • Returns/Refunds: all according to the policy of Amazon

4) Intellectual property

All content on the Site including books, text, images, logos, and designs is owned by Stripe Zebra Publishing or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5) User content (e.g., reviews)

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

6) Prohibited uses

You agree not to

  • Violate laws or infringe others’ rights.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or similar methods without written permission.
  • Upload malware or attempt to access non-public areas.

7) Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stripe Zebra Publishing and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10) Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use means you accept the changes.

11) Governing law; informal resolution; arbitration

These Terms are governed by California law and the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

  • Informal step: Before filing a claim, either party must email a brief Notice of Dispute to info@stripezebra.com and try to resolve it within 30 days.
  • Arbitration only: If not resolved, all disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration (no jury). Arbitration will be administered by JAMS (Streamlined Rules) or, if unavailable, AAA (Consumer Rules); if rules conflict, this Section controls.
  • Place & format: Alameda County, CA, or video/telephone if in-person would be a burden.
  • Fees & relief: Fees follow applicable consumer rules. The arbitrator may award any individual relief available in court.
  • No class actions: No class, collective, representative, or private-attorney-general actions.
  • Small-claims option: Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing info@stripezebra.com; if you opt out, disputes go to state courts in Alameda County, CA (jury waived).
  • Severability & survival: If the class-action waiver is unenforceable, this arbitration section is void and disputes proceed in state court. Otherwise, the rest survives termination.
